HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

 

In order to ensure that your order is handled correctly, please follow the instructions below.

 

Please do not mail your tape or disc without following the procedure shown. Call (905)575-7580 or email to verify that your video conversion need can be met. Receive a quote for the service over the phone or email including the Shipping and Handling cost. Please note that the S/H fee varies depending on the destination of the order and the mail carrier that is chosen. Please be sure to include your return address and written instructions such that your order is executed to your satisfaction. All original tapes or discs will be shipped back.

 

Enclose payment for the quote received over the phone or email, made payable to Nick Mozzoni. Payments are made only in cash, cheque, money order or PayPal. If money order is used for payment outside Canada it requires an international money order. We do not take credit card, only thru PayPal so we can keep the prices low. Please note that orders not accompanied with payment will not be honored unless by prior arrangement.
